What is Corpus Fund? How much is the corpus fund to be paid and in what mode?
Corpus Fund is the capital funds or the permanent kept for the administration and sustenance of the community maintenance in long term. The corpus fund for Gaiety is so,ooo per apartment and will be collected as an undated cheque in favour of the owners’ association along with the maintenance during Handing over. The cheque will be presented only after the association is formed and the corresponding bank
account is activated.
