Initially we are quoting at Rs.3.50-Rs.4.00/- per sqft, but depending upon the final parameters of EB for common facilities, security, housekeeping, maintenance the cost might vary.
Upon obtaining the Completion Certificate, TNEB connections will be made available and respective owners has to pay the advance if anything is claimed over and above the payment made by Urbando while obtaining connections. As of now, there is no CMWSSB connections available for this location, so we are not collecting any charges towards the same. Once the govt. announces the services, the same can be applied through the association as a community.
Property tax assessment will be in the purchaser’s scope after building completion and handing over. However, if requested by the owners, the Builder will assist in the process.
